SHIPPING & RETURNS
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & American Express.
- All orders will ship the next business day after receipt of the order. However, listing in the online store does not imply availability. Customers will be notified if there is a delay in shipping due to items on back order. Please be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address so that we may contact you if necessary.
- Shipments within the Continental U.S. are sent via United Parcel Service only. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are sent via U.S. Postal Service. For large overseas shipments the customer must arrange shipment to a broker within the Continental U.S. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please make sure to include the credit card billing address.
- A shipping/handling fee is added to all orders shipped. Charges are based on weight/distance of the shipment.
- Please note all California residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax.
- Kugel Komponents reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and other information without notice.
- Please call or write us if you have any questions regarding your shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable, except if an error was made by Kugel Komponents, in which case a call tag will be issued.
- Please call if there are any questions or concerns about ordering the correct part for your application. A simple phone call could prevent a return or exchange.
Return & Exchanges:
- If necessary to return or exchange an item, you must first call to obtain an RGA or “Returned Goods Authorization”.
- Return & exchange shipments are only accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
- Product packaging must be in new condition. If it is not, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
- Parts that have been installed, scratched, marred or damaged in any way will incur a fee to restore the part to its original condition.
- All refunds & exchanges must have a copy of the original invoice included in the shipment. Please also include a daytime phone number and email address so that we may contact you if necessary.
- The customer must ensure the parts are not damaged in shipment back to Kugel Komponents. The items must be shipped back in a sturdy box with proper packing inside the box.
- All returned items must be shipped prepaid. We will not accept COD return shipments.
